Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Orgus ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Techmates International s.r.o. (IČO: 08530718, DIČ: CZ08530718), registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno under file number C 114111/KSBR, with registered office at Čechyňská 547/5, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic.

These Terms govern access to and use of Orgus. By creating an account, joining an organization, participating in an interview, or using a shared report, you agree to these Terms. If you use Orgus for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2. Service Description

Orgus is an AI-assisted process discovery platform. It helps organizations run structured interviews, organize operational knowledge, identify people, tools, activities, and dependencies, and generate process maps, findings, summaries, and reports.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are decision-support materials and must be reviewed by a qualified person before they are used for operational, employment, legal, compliance, safety, or financial decisions.

3. Accounts and Organization Access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. Organization administrators control membership, participant access, discoveries, and report-reader access for their organization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

4. Plans and Usage Limits

Free organizations may retain up to 2 discoveries in total, with no more than 1 discovery active at a time. Each free discovery may include up to 3 participants, 2 analysis starts, and 10 submitted report-chat questions per UTC calendar month. The second analysis start requires changed interview or analysis input data.

An analysis start or report-chat question uses its allowance once Orgus accepts it for processing. Repeated delivery of the same active analysis job is counted once. Deleting a discovery or participant frees the corresponding retained-discovery or participant slot. Paid-plan limits, pricing, and availability are agreed separately.

We may change plan limits or feature availability with reasonable notice. Temporary technical rate limits may also apply to protect service reliability and security.

5. Customer Content and Interview Responsibilities

You retain ownership of content submitted to Orgus, including organization context, interview responses, uploaded or recorded material, corrections, and instructions. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and transform that content solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to invite participants and process their information. You must provide any notices and obtain any consent required for interviews, recordings, transcriptions, workplace monitoring, or the use of personal data. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to process.

6. AI Processing and Outputs

Orgus uses third-party cloud and AI services to process customer content and generate outputs. AI output can contain errors, unsupported inferences, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for validating outputs and deciding whether and how to use them.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Orgus does not provide legal, employment, accounting, compliance, or professional advice and does not make automated decisions on behalf of your organization.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Orgus to violate law or third-party rights; submit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content; impersonate another person; gain unauthorized access; probe or disrupt the Service; circumvent plan or rate limits; distribute malware; or use outputs to make unlawful discriminatory decisions.

8. Confidentiality and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer content. No internet service is completely secure, and you are responsible for configuring access appropriately, limiting sensitive input, and maintaining backups where necessary.

9. Third-Party Services

Orgus relies on service providers including Microsoft Azure for hosting, data storage, and AI processing. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and availability. Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of providers and processing involved.

10. Availability and Changes

The Service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. We may perform maintenance and may modify features to address security, legal, operational, or product requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, or material harm to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Data retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunities, reputation, or data arising from use of the Service. Any mandatory liability under applicable law remains unaffected.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction except where mandatory consumer or other applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
